Finding Strength in Vulnerability:
How I Transformed My Life
and Can Help You Do the Same

As a certified professional coach and trusted advisor, I understand the pain and confusion that come with experiencing intimate partner betrayal. I've been there myself and know what it feels like to feel overwhelmed, heartbroken, and alone. I know how difficult it can be to navigate all the intense emotions and navigate the path toward healing.

I was born to teenage parents and faced many challenges growing up, including abandonment by my father at a young age and homelessness at 16. Despite these difficulties, I developed a fierce resilience that has helped me overcome many obstacles in my life.

Years later, I faced a devastating betrayal in my own relationship, with three words my husband of two decades shared with me, “I’ve met someone”, which ultimately led me to completely change my life and my mission. I threw myself into my healing journey and discovered a wealth of wisdom and knowledge from experts in the field of relationships and personal growth.

Inspired by renowned experts, I integrated my 20-year C-Suite executive leadership and mentoring experience with my International Coaching Federation-recognized Evercoach Coaching Certification.

Having successfully healed my own marriage years earlier, I have specialized in betrayal since 2017, assisting clients in transforming their pain into enduring liberation and meaningful change.

I know what it takes to overcome obstacles created by betrayal and achieve the life of your dreams. I have healed my own heart, calmed my mind, and discovered a sense of wholeness and well-being again. And I am now happily "married again" to my husband, who put in the work to save our marriage and our family.

I welcome clients at any point in their journey, whether they are experiencing shock and grief from betrayal, seeking clarity on the choice to stay or leave, in the midst of a separation or divorce, or struggling with unhealthy relationship dynamics. I offer customized support to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

I understand that each client is unique, and so are their needs. I will work with you to create a personalized plan that addresses your specific goals and challenges, and I will be there to support and guide you every step of the way.

If you're ready to take the first step toward healing and transformation, I am here for you. Let's work together to help you heal, love, and trust again.

A little bit more about me:

What you might find unique about me is that I have a Dr. Marten collection of over 200 pairs! Ask me why when we chat!

I am a graduate of Baruch College in New York City with a BBA in Industrial Psychology.  I was Vice President of a family-owned dot com and am Chief Operating Officer of another family-owned healthcare company. My joy derives from my children who I remain ridiculously proud of; my 99-year-old grandmother, fierce and feisty, who reminds me every day of her love for me; and my husband whose actions changed me in such profound ways for which, in hindsight (thank you, Eric Edmeades)

I am most grateful.

My favorite quote is the inspiration for my website name...the full quote is:

"The most important things are the hardest things to say. They are the things you get ashamed of because words diminish them - words shrink things that seemed limitless when they were in your head to no more than living size when they're brought out. But it's more than that, isn't it? The most important things lie too close to wherever your secret heart is buried, like landmarks to a treasure your enemies would love to steal away. And you may make revelations that cost you dearly, only to have people look at you in a funny way, not understanding what you've said at all, or why you thought it was so important that you almost cried while you were saying it. That's the worst, I think. When the secret stays locked within not for want of a teller, but

for want of an understanding ear."
